• Account Access: For boosting services that require account access, you will need to provide your game account login credentials. By providing this information, you authorize Elo Arcane to access and play on your account to complete the service.

• Self-Play Services: If you choose a self-play option, you will retain control of your account during the boosting process while receiving guidance from our professional boosters.

• Timeframes: While we strive to complete services as quickly as possible, timeframes for completing services are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of the requested service and your account status.

 

 4. Payment Terms

• Pricing: The cost of our services is clearly stated on our website at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Payment Methods: Elo Arcane accepts payments through secure payment providers such as PayPal, Stripe, and other methods as indicated on the website.

• Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has started. However, refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases where services are not rendered as agreed or where there is a significant issue with your order.
